Selection by Design’s training was successfully verified for the new British Psychological Society and EFPA Occupational testing standards in November, 2011.
Our Occupational Test Training now fulfils requirements leading to the qualifications:
- British Psychological Society (BPS): Assistant Test User, Test User Ability and Test User Personality
- European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA): European Test User Certificate, Level 2
To be eligible to offer these qualifications, Selection by Design redesigned the structure of our courses and submitted it for British Psychological Society for evaluation and approval. Selection by Design’s verified assessors were among the first wave of those to be transitionally verified to the new standards, truly making us one of Europe’s elite!
We are dedicated to ensuring our clients benefit from the most current and state-of-the-art understanding of psychometric testing possible. Although applying for transitional verification was optional, we saw it as essential in order to allow us to provide Occupational Test Training at the highest possible standards.
